Membership Renewal Options
*All membership renewals are valid for one fraternal year (October 1st – September 30th).
All members are required to pay their national dues directly to the International Headquarters of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
Annual Chapter Dues Only
This membership renewal option is for brothers that would like to become a financial member of the Alexandria-Fairfax (VA) Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. but are also Life Members of the Eastern Province.
Chapter & Eastern Province Dues

Golden Heritage Assessment
This membership renewal option is for brothers of Alexandria-Fairfax (VA) Alumni chapter that have been inducted into the chapter’s Golden Heritage Program and are also Eastern Province Life Members.

How long are my membership dues good for and can they be prorated?
Unfortunately the fraternity procedure does not allow for prorated dues. Membership dues are good for only the current fraternal year (October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024).
Can I pay my Grand Chapter dues though the chapter?
IHQ recommends that all brothers log into their IHQ account and pay grand chapter dues via IHQ website.
Are there special membership rates for recent college graduates?
This membership renewal option is for undergraduate and graduate brothers that have recently completed their full-time studies from a college or university within the last 2 years.
Why do Senior Kappa’s have to pay dues?
Senior Kappa’s pay a small annual assessment to assist the chapter instead of dues.
If I’m a member of another chapter but want to be affiliated with AF, can I?
Yes. The Alexandria-Fairfax (VA) Alumni chapter offer an Associate Membership. Brothers seeking to be an Associate Member must also be financial with another alumni chapter, Grand Chapter, and have paid their Province Dues.
Does Alexandria-Fairfax (VA) offer payment plans?
Yes. The chapter offers a membership payment plan of three installments. Dues must be paid within three months. First month – $100.00, Second Month – $100.00 Third Month – $165.00
