Kamp Kappa
Kamp Kappa is the cornerstone initiative of our Guide Right Program. It is designed to serve as a positive outdoor and educational experience. Since its inception in 1993, Kamp Kappa has provided activities that foster the spirit of team building, self-respect, and respect for others.
Project Giveback
Project Giveback is a community initiative to feed over 1,000 families by providing boxes containing food items such as turkeys, ground beef, pork sausage, bacon, cans of vegetables, fruits, and other non-perishables. Each year we feed in excess of over 70 families throughout the Northern Virginia community.

Beautillion
Our Beautillion Program serves as a rite of passage in which young men move from one state of their lives to another. The Beautillion signals a young man’s coming of age. There is a public presentation of young men to society at a formal dinner. Our objective for these young men is to promote professional development and higher learning.

The Alexandria-Fairfax (VA) Alumni Chapter continues to be a leader in the community with its involvement in several programs and organizations that serves our area.We give our support to these worthwhile programs because it helps the less advantaged gain access and realize his or her potential. Our programs are designed to prevent our youth from falling in the cycles of underachievement, early parenting, low esteem, and self-motivation.

Aviation Program
Our Aviation Program designed to emphasize the roles of math, science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) in the field of aviation. Program participants, through the use of realistic flight simulators, will learn various aviation concepts which include understanding aircraft components, landing basics, meteorology, the National Airspace System, and overall aviation Fundamentals.
NSBE Jr. Chapter
A-F NSBE Jr. Chapter aims to help cultivate the intellectual, entrepreneurial and technical talent of students in our community. Parents and students are have an opportunity to learn about programs designed to stimulate the interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields (STEM) in grades 6–12.

Kappa League is an organization oriented toward helping young men of high school age cultivate and develop their leadership talents, with respect to the preparation for collegiate and societal ventures. The organization provides challenging yet rewarding experiences, which enhance the lives of the students.

The Jr. Kappa League Program is geared towards elementary and middle school students between the ages of 10 to 14. The emphasis of the program is to help young men grow and develop their leadership talents by providing mentoring, tutoring, and guidance.

Woodly Hills Elementary Mentoring Program
The Woodley Hills Elementary School (WHMS) Mentoring program works to encourage, tutor, and mentor young male students in all academic specialties. The program guides the youth in achieving their scholastic potential, and to be a positive role model. Academic assistance is provided, mentoring the students in preparation of pursuing their career goals.

The Lego Robotics program is committed to enhancing the involvement of underrepresented youth in STEM related fields. Our robotics classes, camps and workshops offer a variety of long-lasting benefits, including: encouraging creative thinking, building teamwork skills, enhance problem solving skills, and introduce the students to computer programming.
